How Forme Works
Scan your plate.
Photograph any meal and Forme identifies what's in it, then scores how nourishing it is out of 100 — based on whole foods, fibre, protein and other nutrients. No weighing, no logging, no calorie counting.
Fill your nutrients.
Iron, fibre, B12, omega-3, protein. Forme sets your daily targets by age and sex, then fills them in as you eat, so you can finally see what you're actually getting instead of guessing.
Learn as you go.
Every meal comes back with what's good about it, what's missing, and one simple thing to add next time. Tap any nutrient to learn why your body needs it and which everyday foods carry it.
Personalized Guidance
Forme learns your patterns the way a coach would — by paying attention over time. Your targets are set from your age, sex, and how hard you're training, and every meal is read against them, not against an average. Then the picture builds: which nutrients you cover without thinking, which ones quietly slip on busy weeks, the days you eat well and the days you don't. After a few weeks Forme knows things about your eating you'd never spot meal to meal — that your iron only drops on training days, that your fibre lives entirely in one breakfast you sometimes skip. The advice that comes back is shaped by all of it. Not general nutrition tips. Your nutrition, explained back to you.

Our Story

Led by the belief that food is more than a number
You can hit your calorie target and still feel flat. That isn't a willpower problem. It's a measurement problem.
Calories tell you how much you ate. They tell you nothing about what your body actually got — whether any iron came with it, or fibre, or enough protein to rebuild after a hard week. Most apps stop at the number that's easiest to count and leave everything else to guesswork.
Forme starts where they stop. Photograph a plate and it scores the meal on nourishment, then shows what you covered, what you're short on, and one small thing to add next time. Nothing to weigh. Nothing to log. No calorie maths.
Because the question worth answering was never how much did I eat. It was what did I get.
